摘要： 作为城乡融合发展的基底和最终目标,城乡一体化是重塑城乡关系,破解社会矛盾,实现国家现代化的必然要求。旅游产业推动城乡一体化进程,同时也受到城乡经济社会一体化发展的影响,研究和协调好两者关系对于推进我国城乡融合发展及旅游高质量发展意义重大。文章采用协整检验及耦合协调度模型,对湖南省2007—2019年旅游产业发展和城乡一体化的关系及其耦合协调过程进行定量研究。结果表明：（1）湖南省旅游产业发展与城乡一体化存在长期稳定的均衡关系,两者之间存在正向效应;（2）城乡一体化对旅游产业发展起到了正向的影响作用,城乡一体化水平每增加1.000个百分点,旅游产业发展则相应增加0.610个百分点;（3）湖南省旅游产业发展与城乡一体化耦合度水平较高,呈现由弱变强、稳步上升的趋势,其协调性经历了严重失调、濒临失调、初级协调、优质协调的演化过程。基于研究结果,文章提出以下建议：（1）持续加强旅游产业和城乡一体化协调的重要指标建设;（2）深化统筹旅游产业发展规划与城乡一体化之间的互动关系;（3）加快构建旅游产业与城乡一体化的良性互动机制,以提高湖南省旅游产业及城乡一体化发展水平,使两者向更加优质协调的方向发展。

Abstract: As the substrate and ultimate objective of integrated urban-rural development,urban-rural integration is an inevitable requirement for reshaping urban-rural relations,solving social conflicts and realizing national modernization.Tourism industry promotes the process of urban-rural integration and is also affected by urban-rural economic integration and urban-rural social integration.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and coordinate the relationship between the two to promote urban-rural integration development as well as high-quality tourism development.This paper made a quantitative study on the relationship between tourism industry development and urban-rural integration in Hunan Province from 2007 to 2019 by using co-integration test method and coupling coordination model.The results show that：（1） there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between tourism industry development and urban-rural integration in Hunan Province with a positive relationship between them;（2） urban-rural integration plays a positive influence on tourism industry development,and for every 1 percentage point increase in the level of urban-rural integration,tourism industry development increases by 0.610 percentage points accordingly;（3） the coupling degree between tourism industry development and urban-rural integration in Hunan Province is always high,and there is always a strong correlation between the two,but the coupling coordination degree of the two changes from weak to strong,showing a steady upward trend,and its coordination has experienced an adjustment process from serious disorder,near disorder,primary coordination to quality coordination.Based on these results,this paper put forward the following suggestions：（1） continuously strengthen the construction of important indicators for the coordination of tourism industry and urban-rural integration;（2） deepen the interactive relationship between the overall planning of tourism industry development and urban-rural integration;（3） accelerate the construction of a benign interactive mechanism between tourism industry and urban-rural integration,so as to improve the development level of tourism industry and urban-rural integration in Hunan Province to make the two develop in the direction of better quality and coordination.
