临场感对虚拟旅游参与者情感体验的影响——基于时间失真的中介作用和视觉感知的调节效应

The Effect of Presence to Emotional Experience of Virtual Tourism Participants:Based on the Mediating Role of Time Distortion and the Moderating Effect of Visual Perception

摘要: 虚拟旅游为潜在旅游者提供了在真实旅游中不能获得的难忘体验。文章以情感体验这一衡量虚拟旅游体验质量的重要指标为因变量,考察了虚拟旅游临场感、时间失真、视觉感知与虚拟旅游参与者情感体验之间的关系。研究发现:(1) 虚拟旅游中的临场感为二阶因子模型,其二级构成维度由空间临场感和自我临场感组成,且空间临场感会对自我临场感产生显著的正向影响。(2) 虚拟旅游中的临场感会正向影响参与者的情感体验,并且相较于空间临场感,自我临场感对虚拟旅游参与者情感体验的影响更大。(3) 情感打分结果显示,虚拟旅游参与者的情感表达主要集中在Q1(HVHA)和Q4(HVLA)两个区域,突出表现为高效价的积极情感。(4) 时间失真在临场感与虚拟旅游参与者的情感体验关系中起部分中介作用,视觉感知则会调节临场感对虚拟旅游参与者情感体验的影响。文章拓展了临场感在虚拟旅游情境中的适用范畴,深入解释了虚拟旅游情境下个体情感体验的前端影响机理,也为旅游目的地的虚拟旅游场景设计、情感服务升级和创意营销实践等提供了一定的实践指导。

Abstract: Virtual tourism provides an memorable experience for potential tourists that can’t be obtained in real tourism.Taking emotional experience as the dependent variable,which is an important index to measure the quality of virtual tourism experience,this study investigated the influence mechanism between presence,time distortion,visual perception and virtual tourism participants'emotional experience.The results show that:(1) Presence in virtual tourism is a second-order model,including two dimensions,namely spatial presence and self-presence.Spatial presence has a significant positive impact on self-presence;(2) Presence can positively affect emotional experience of virtual tourism participants.Self-presence is greater than spatial presence on the emotional experience;(3) The emotional scoring result shows that the emotional performance of virtual tourism participants is mainly concentrated in Q1 (HVHA) and Q4 (HVLA) and their emotion is mainly positive;(4) Time distortion plays a partial mediating role between presence and emotional experience,and visual perception can moderate the impact of presence on emotional experience of virtual tourism participants. This study expanded the applicable scope of the presence in virtual tourism,and explained the front-end mechanism of individual emotional experience in virtual tourism.It also provided practical references for virtual tourism’s scene design,emotional service renewal and creative marketing movement of tourism destinations.
