奥运遗产旅游情境下集体记忆对游客国家认同的影响研究——基于集体自豪的中介效应分析

A Study on the Impact of Collective Memory on Tourists' National Identity in the Context of Olympic Heritage Tourism: A Mediating Effect Analysis Based on Collective Pride

摘要: 旅游者的旅游体验是目前遗产旅游研究的核心问题之一,其中遗产旅游与游客的情感、情绪、认同、记忆、怀旧等体验关系受到日益关注。已有研究指出,积极情绪在目的地形象和游客情感意愿之间起中介作用,但情绪类型与作用机制仍有待拓展。文章立足于情绪体验视角,采用结构方程模型与Bootstrap法探索奥运遗产旅游情境下集体自豪(包括自我参照自豪与外界参照自豪)中介于集体记忆对游客国家认同的影响机制。研究发现:(1) 奥运遗产旅游情境具备唤醒和重塑游客集体记忆的条件;(2) 集体记忆正向影响游客文化认同,自我参照自豪和外界参照自豪二维度在集体记忆与文化认同之间起部分平行中介作用;(3) 集体记忆对游客功能认同的直接影响不显著,外界参照自豪在集体记忆与功能认同之间起单因子完全中介作用;(4) 自我参照自豪路径显著度低,功能认同的内涵表达有待加强。文章通过双路径中介机制对揭示集体记忆作用于国家认同的潜在影响路径做了更加清晰、深入的解释,在理论上丰富了国家认同的构建情境与机制,在实践上为促进奥运遗产旅游开发提供理论指导。

Abstract: Tourist experience is one of the core issues in current heritage tourism research, in which the relationship between heritage tourism and tourists' experience of emotion, mood, identity, memory, and nostalgia has received increasing attention. Although it has been pointed out that positive emotions mediate the relationship between destination image and tourists' affective intentions, the types of emotions and the mechanisms of their effects still need to be expanded. Based on the perspective of emotional experience, the article adopted structural equation modeling and Bootstrap method to explore the influence mechanism of collective memory on tourists' national identity mediated by collective pride (including internal reference pride and external reference pride) in the context of Olympic heritage tourism. The study found that: (1) the Olympic heritage tourism context has the conditions to awaken and reshape tourists' collective memory; (2) collective memory positively affects tourists' cultural identity, and the two dimensions of internal reference pride and external-referential pride play a partially parallel mediating role in the relationship between collective memory and cultural identity; (3) the direct effect of collective memory on tourists' functional identity is not significant, and external-referential pride plays a one-factor complete mediating role between collective memory and functional identity; (4) internal reference pride path has low significance, and the connotative expression of functional identity needs to be strengthened. This study provides a clearer and more in-depth explanation of the potential influence of collective memory on national identity through the two-path mediation mechanism, which theoretically enriches the context and mechanism of national identity construction, and provides theoretical guidance for the promotion of Olympic legacy tourism development in practice.
