Abstract: Under the background of the diversified development of the camping tourism industry and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, understanding and paying attention to the behavioral intention of camping tourists has become a winning strategy for the competition in the industry. Existing studies on the influencing factors of tourists' behavioral intention generally adopt a linear quantitative approach and lack an in-depth exploration of its complexity. In this paper, the influence mechanism model of camping tourism behavioral intention was constructed by configuration theory and SOR theory, questionnaire data research was carried out by combining online and offline methods, and configuration analysis of the influencing factors of behavioral intention was carried out by using fsQCA method. The results show that: place attachment, service quality, and perceived value are the main factors influencing camping tourists' behavioral intention; there is an asymmetric causal relationship between the mechanism of high and non-high behavioral intention of camping tourists; the formation of camping tourists' behavioral intention is complex and is the result of the linkage of multiple factors. This study provides targeted management suggestions for the camping tourism industry to help improve tourist behavioral intention, and also provides a new perspective for other researchers to analyze the complex relationship of tourist behavior from a holistic perspective. By deeply exploring the influencing factors and configuration paths of camping tourists' behavioral intention, this study helps to promote the continuous development and innovation of the camping tourism industry.

Key words: camping tourists, behavioral intention, influencing factors, configuration paths, fsQCA
